Due to large file sizes, some data layers have been cropped to the Boardman to Hemingway project vicinity for usability purposes. Data displayed are for general reference only. Detailed analysis is presented in the Final Environmental Impact Statement.
Routes depicted on this map are from the FEIS released in November 2016. Data files of the NEPA routes analyzed in the FEIS are available for download from the Document Library. Please visit ODOE’s website for proposed routes submitted in the Amended Preliminary Application for Site Certificate.
Idaho Power may request EFSC approval of any combination of route segments for the proposed B2H facility. All route segments must meet all applicable EFSC standards and other applicable rules. These route segments may or may not align with the route segments selected for analysis by the BLM during its NEPA review. Off of federal land in Oregon, EFSC has responsibility for conducting the permitting review of the facility. On federal land, the proposed B2H facility needs approval of both the responsible federal agency and EFSC.
Searchable landowner data were compiled from counties in 2016 and include only non-federal landowners within 2,070 feet of the centerline of B2H NEPA Alternatives.
