The public scoping comment period ended on November 14, 2008. ODOE reviewed the comments to better understand the public’s concerns about the project, which were summarized in the Project Order. Public comments received prior to issuance of the Project Order are also addressed in the Order.

Comments received following the public scoping phase will continue to be reviewed by ODOE.
