Image Illustrating the Community Advisory Process Schedule. The Project Advisory Team meetings began in 2009 and concluded in mid-2010. The Project Coordinating Team Meetings began in 2009 and concluded in mid-2010. The revised project applications were submitted in mid-2010. The State and Federal review process (EFSC/NEPA) started in 2008 and were stopped in 2009. The EFSC and NEPA process restated in 2010 and will continue through 2012. The EFSC certificate and NEPA document are expected in late 2012. Construction is expected to begin in 2013 and conclude by 2015.
