Project Coordinating Team

A project coordinating team may be formed based on the outcomes of the PAT mapping sessions. The project coordinating team would include representatives from each project advisory team. The coordinating team’s responsibility would be to review the work of each project advisory team and ensure that the proposed and alternate routes transition smoothly between the separate geographic areas.

Members of the project coordinating team would report back to their respective project advisory teams, who would make adjustments to the routes, as needed, to reflect input from the project coordinating team.
