NEPA Comments

Your comments help the BLM and USFS in analyzing the proposed project. There are multiple comment periods throughout the NEPA Process. Currently, the agencies have reopened the scoping comment period. Comments may be submitted in several ways. All comments submitted to federal agencies will be shared with the Oregon Department of Energy.

Comments received outside of official comment periods will be reviewed by the agencies and incorporated into the environmental review process to the extent possible.

If you have any questions or would like more information on the NEPA process, contact John Styduhar, BLM Federal Project Manager.

Fall 2008 Scoping Period Comments

Public scoping comments submitted during the fall 2008 scoping period and received between September 12, 2008 and February 20, 2009, were summarized in a Public Scoping Report prepared by BLM.

BLM has continued to review comments received following the fall 2008 scoping period and will incorporate all comments received during the 2008 and 2010 scoping periods in a Revised Public Scoping Report.
